How are you doing?

Posted by Ishrat Khawja on

Really. Are you doing ok as we head in to a second lockdown, here in the UK? It is a strange time and I continue trying to stay positive, focusing on activities to keep my mental wellbeing in good shape. Walking, knitting and journaling are a few of the things that I turn to. So as well as the WestKnits MKAL, I signed up for some test knits and hoping to share a finished object with you soon!

A four-skein fade set going from a light teal shade to a deep, dark teal

There is a small shop update going live today at 6pm GMT with some one of a kind colourways, some lovely 50g skein fade kits (I've already grabbed one for myself!) and some gorgeous Suri Silk Lace. I feel that I don't dye this base often enough.

The mood board used for the November Wanderlust Mystery Yarn Club, made up of landscapes and architecture of Asia. The colours are: sandy golds, aquas, deep blues and reds.

As well as these, I launched a first for Fruitful Fusion last week: The Wanderlust Mystery Yarn Club, an exclusive yarn club for November inspired by landscapes and architecture of Asia. I was a little nervous before launching it, but I'm so excited to dye up the orders that have already come through. The listing will stay open for another week (as I completely forgot to share it with all of you!)

I did have a little break in dyeing, to rest after a bout of 'flu but also to work on a possible new dye space and all that comes with it! This is another thing I hope to share soon!

I hope you can find some peaceful enjoyment, especially in the next few days.

Keep well!
