Refund policy

Returns

Refunds and exchanges will be considered within 14 days of receiving your purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Perishable goods such as chocolates cannot be returned. 

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:  
- Any item not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned without notification within 14 days of receipt of purchase 

Once the item is received by us, the cost of the item and shipping (UK only) will be refunded.

Sale items 

Only regular priced item (not sale items) can be refunded.

Exchanges
